Blues and Bluegrass Music festival held as a fundraiser for the museum featuring local Tennessee Blues and Bluegrass bands. This event is held every year on the museum amphitheater. Seating available or just bring a lawn chair or blanket and listen to the sounds of Blues, Bluegrass or Country tunes under the stars along the Little Tennessee River. The activities starts at 12-5 with community events & activities. 5 p.m. join us for trying for the world's record for the Guinness Book World's Record for the "Electric Slide" line dance. Music begins at 6 p.m. with "Dream Catcher" Band. 7 p.m. is the Sammi Moore Band, 8 p.m. is Dixie Highway Band, 9 p.m. is Natalie Stovall and at 10:15 is Fireworks on the Lake. Free Admission and there is a parking fee of $5.00 per vehicle.
