Ayoka's Day of Play
The museum will host the 5th annual Ayoka's Day of Play for children ages 6-12. Cost is $3.00 per child. This is also a great activity for scout groups.
Ayoka, youngest daughter of Sequoyah, was also his first student to learn to use the Syllabary to read and write Cherokee.
Children will have the opportunity to experience and participate in Cherokee games and competitions.
A parent or guardian must remain with their child during the program.
